2:30 – 3:30	Artists Welcome and Event Schedule
4:00 – 4:30	Artists go to Maddermarket Theatre (MT)
5:00 –	Artists social at Maddermarket Theatre (MT)

Tuesday 20 October

8:00 – 9:00	Maddermarket Theatre opens
9:00 – 12:00	Artists Day 1 Morning Competition (public)
12:00 – 1:30	Artists Check in at the MT, photograph and display work at the MC
1:30 – 4:30	Artists Day 1 Afternoon Competition (public)
4:30 – 5:00	Artists Check in at the MT, photograph and display work at the MC
6/6:30 – 9:30	Artists Check in at the MT and go out for Nocturne painting

Wednesday 21 October

8:00 – 9:00	Maddermarket Theatre opens
9:00 – 12:00	Artists Day 2 Morning Competition (public)
12:00 – 1:30	Artists Check in at the MT, photograph and display work at the MC
1:30 – 4:30	Artists Day 2 Afternoon Competition (public)
4:30 – 5:00	Artists Check in at the MT, photograph and display work at the MC
6/6:30 – 9:30	Artists Check in at the MT and go out for Nocturne painting

Thursday 22 October

9:00 – 12:00	Artists Framing at MC
12:00	PON Competition Artists Coach leaves to Mousehold Heath for mass ‘paint out’
12:30 –	Catered Lunch for PON Competition Artists at Café Britannia
1:30 – 4:30	Public entry artists make their own way to Café Britannia to join PON Artists at group ‘paint out’ on Mousehold Heath
4:30 –	PON Competition Artists Coach leaves back to MT
4:30 –	Public entry artists make their own way to OPEN to hang their paintings
5:00 –	PON Competition Artists Check in, photograph, and display work at MC

Friday 23 October

6:00 pm	Ticketed Gala Preview at Norwich Cathedral Hostry
8:00 –	Auction
9:00 – 10:00	Art Exhibition
